Floor Master is a range automatic, robotic screeding machines for semi-dry cement-sand screed and selected concrete applications, designed and built in Poland by Maszyny Budowlane Cłapa. Every model spreads, levels and compacts the mix in a single working pass, holds ±1 mm accuracy over 20 m with the supplied laser system, and is guided by remote control from a standing position. This catalogue covers the three current models — the corded Type 130, the battery Type 130 and the custom-built Floor Master Long — so you can match the machine to your job sites. Each is supplied as a complete working set with the laser system, accessories, operator training and a 12-month warranty.
Holds the correct working-head height across the working area for a consistent level, including connected rooms. Uses the supplied, filtered receiver — not compatible with rotary lasers.
The patented working head spreads, levels and compacts the mix in a single pass, reducing soft spots, voids and inconsistencies in the substrate.

Floor Master is designed, built and serviced in Poland by Maszyny Budowlane Cłapa. We have been part of the floor screeding industry since 1994 — first as contractors doing manual screeding on site, so we understand the real problems crews face every day. That hands-on experience led us to develop the Floor Master robots, in continuous development since 2009 and refined with direct feedback from contractors on real job sites.

Delivered as a complete working set, ready for start-up after a short training. The battery version adds the battery and charger; Floor Master Long is built to order.
