Technical Data Sheet
Floor Master Type 130
Corded version

Laser-guided robotic screeding for semi-dry cement-sand screed — spreads, levels and compacts in the working pass, controlled remotely.
Overview
Floor Master Type 130 is a laser-guided robotic screeding machine for semi-dry cement-sand screed. The corded version runs continuously from a 230 V mains supply with no charging breaks — the most popular choice for sites with reliable power access. Working width is adjustable from 80 to 130 cm, accuracy is ±1 mm over 20 m and productivity is approximately 80 m²/h, depending on site conditions. The machine is operated by remote control and supplied as a complete set with the laser system, accessories, training and a 12-month warranty.

Core technology
Laser-guided leveling
Holds the correct working-head height across the working area for a consistent level, including connected rooms. Uses the supplied, filtered receiver — not compatible with rotary lasers.
Working head with compaction
The patented working head spreads, levels and compacts the mix in a single pass, reducing soft spots, voids and inconsistencies in the substrate.
Remote control operation
Guided from a standing position with a clear view of the work area, cutting kneeling and heavy manual troweling.
Why Floor Master
Faster floor execution
Productivity of approximately 80 m²/h helps cut time on site compared with fully manual spreading and leveling.
Laser level control
The laser system helps hold an accurate floor level across large surfaces and connected rooms.
Repeatable compaction
The working head spreads and compacts the mix in the pass, reducing soft spots and differences in the substrate.
Fewer complaints and rework
A more repeatable process helps reduce errors caused by fatigue, uneven manual work or operator inexperience.
Less physical strain
Remote control lets the operator guide the machine standing upright, reducing heavy manual effort.
Complete set and support
Delivered as a ready-to-work set with operator training and manufacturer support — no long onboarding.
Performance — manual vs Floor Master
- High physical strain — kneeling & troweling
- Less repeatable compaction
- Higher risk of uneven level
- Operator fatigue affects quality
- Greater risk of shrinkage cracks
- More risk of defects and rework
- Remote-controlled — operator stands upright
- Consistent compaction every pass
- Laser-guided level across the slab
- Machine maintains quality throughout
- Patented head reduces shrinkage cracks
- Repeatable professional finish
The mechanical working head helps achieve more uniform screed compaction than manual work. Results depend on mixture type, layer thickness and site conditions.
Operator functions
Manual forward / backward
Position the machine before and between work zones.
Head lifting & lowering
Set working-head height; always lift before moving.
Narrow / wide switch
Change footprint between 80 and 130 cm.
Forward / reverse gear
Engages drive; safeguard against accidental start.
Whole-machine lift
Raise the platform to steer without marking fresh floor.
Start / pause
Begin the pour or pause with the head holding position.
Front obstacle sensor
On contact, stops, resets the head, backs up and lifts.
Wall limiters
Rubber limiters protect perimeter walls and bounce back.
Filtered laser receiver
Custom receiver filtered for stable, repeatable readings.
Applications
- Residential floors — apartments and houses
- Commercial floors — offices, retail, service spaces
- Warehouses and large open surfaces
