About Cłapa

Building technology that improves floor screeding.

We have been working in the floor screeding industry since 1994. We started with hands-on screeding work on construction sites, so we know the real problems contractors face every day. That experience led us to develop the Floor Master machines — solutions that help contractors work faster, more consistently, and with less physical strain.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: better floors with less physical strain.

We design machines that improve the quality, speed, and safety of floor screeding work. Floor Master was created to solve real problems on construction sites: shrinkage cracks, curling at expansion joints and corners, weak compaction, uneven levels, and heavy physical work.

Improve Floor Quality

Mechanical precision and laser leveling consistently exceed manual screeding standards.

Reduce Manual Strain

Remote control operation eliminates kneeling and heavy manual troweling.

Increase Site Productivity

Up to 80 m²/h — two to three times faster than traditional manual methods.

Lower Complaints & Rework

Consistent quality across every project means fewer defects and client disputes.

Company Story

Thirty years of building for the people who build floors.

Cłapa began with a practical goal: make difficult floor screeding work faster, more repeatable, and less damaging to the operator's body. Over the years, this led to the development of Floor Master — an automatic screeding robot built for professional cement-sand and concrete floors. Every design decision was driven by direct feedback from contractors working on real job sites.

Company Founded

Cłapa established with a focus on construction machinery innovation in Poland.

2009

Floor Master Concept

Development of the first automatic floor screeding robot concept, based on the team's own contracting experience.

2014

Type 130 Launch

Floor Master Type 130 enters the market — cable version with automatic laser leveling and mechanical compaction.

2025

Battery Version Launch

Cordless Floor Master version released, giving operators greater freedom on the job site.

Today

Continuous Development

Ongoing design improvements based on job-site experience and contractor feedback.

The Problem We Solve

Designed around real screeding problems.

Every feature in Floor Master exists because contractors told us exactly what was going wrong on their job sites.

Shrinkage cracks from uneven drying
Cupping and curling near expansion joints and corners
Low compressive and shear strength
Uneven floor level across the slab
Heavy kneeling and physical strain on operators
Rework and customer complaints
The Floor Master Answer

Floor Master combines laser-guided leveling, mechanical compaction, and remote operation to deliver more consistent results on site — every time.

Engineering

Practical engineering for construction sites.

±1 mm
accuracy over 20 m
±1 mm / 20 m

Automatic Laser Leveling

Maintains accurate level across rooms and large areas — up to ±1 mm over 20 m.

Dual-action: level + compact

Compacting Working Head

Levels and compacts the mixture during a single pass, improving density and reducing voids.

Ergonomic & safe

Remote Control Operation

Allows operators to guide the machine ergonomically — standing upright with full site visibility.

Our Values

What we stand for

Reliability on Site

Machines built for the demanding environment of real construction sites — dust, moisture, concrete.

Precision in Every Floor

Laser-guided accuracy that meets professional flatness standards on every project.

Operator Safety & Ergonomics

Every design decision considers the health and safety of the person operating the machine.

Long-term Service Support

Spare parts, technical documentation, and service available directly from the manufacturer.

Continuous Technical Improvement

Ongoing R&D driven by field data and direct contractor feedback.
