Floor Master Type 130 Automatic Floor Screeding Robot
Laser-guided robot for laying, leveling, and compacting concrete and cement-sand floors with higher precision, better compaction, and less physical strain.

Same machine. Two power sources.

Floor Master Type 130
Best for sites with a stable, reliable power supply.
- 110–230 V power supply (cable)
- 24 V working voltage
- Remote control operation
- Automatic laser leveling
- Patented vibrating working head
- Stable power — no downtime for charging

Floor Master Type 130
Best for sites without reliable power — maximum mobility.
- 24 V Li-ion battery pack
- 6–7 hours continuous runtime
- Up to 8 hours intermittent use
- Up to ~250 m² per charge (conditions-dependent)
- 2–3 hours charging time
- No cable — full site freedom
Eliminates common screeding problems before they become complaints.
- Shrinkage cracks from uneven mix
- Curling near expansion joints & corners
- Weak compaction and hollow spots
- Uneven floor level across rooms
- Excessive manual labour / kneeling
- Rework costs and client complaints
- Laser-guided leveling to ±1 mm
- Patented vibrating head reduces curling
- Active compaction during every pass
- Maintains consistent level room-to-room
- Remote-controlled — operator stands upright
- Repeatable quality = fewer defects
Four steps from rough slab to finished screed.
Prepare starting platform
Level approx. 1 m² of screed at the required finished floor height as the machine's reference point.
Set up rotary laser
Mount the rotary laser and laser detector so the machine can continuously read the correct reference level.
Start & control remotely
Power on Floor Master and operate it via remote control — standing upright with full visibility of the slab.
Robot levels & compacts
The working head levels the mixture and simultaneously compacts it, maintaining the laser reference height throughout.
Laser precision meets mechanical compaction.
Automatic Laser Leveling
Maintains the target floor level with high precision across rooms and doorways — no manual re-checking.
Patented Vibrating Head
Compacts the mixture during leveling to reduce weak zones, hollow spots, and future shrinkage cracks.
Dual Working Width
Switch between 80 cm and 130 cm modes to adapt to room dimensions and site conditions without changing equipment.
Remote Control Operation
Operator guides the machine from a safer, more ergonomic standing position — reducing fatigue and risk of injury.
Manual screeding vs Floor Master.
- High physical strain — kneeling & troweling
- Less repeatable compaction
- Higher risk of uneven level
- Operator fatigue affects quality
- Greater risk of shrinkage cracks
- More risk of defects and rework
- Remote-controlled — operator stands upright
- Consistent compaction every pass
- Laser-guided level across the slab
- Machine maintains quality throughout
- Patented head reduces shrinkage cracks
- Repeatable professional finish
The mechanical working head helps achieve more uniform screed compaction compared with manual work. Results depend on mixture type, layer thickness, and site conditions.
Better contact around heating pipes.
Uniform spreading and compaction of the mixture helps reduce the risk of voids around underfloor heating pipes. This can improve screed-to-pipe contact and support more even heat distribution.

Watch the robot level real floors, on real job sites.
Less manual work. Better control. Better ergonomics.
Remote control operation
The operator guides the machine via remote control, working in a more comfortable standing position.
Less manual spreading
The machine spreads, levels, and compacts the mixture — reducing heavy manual effort.
Reduced physical strain
Working with the machine reduces the need for prolonged bending and uncomfortable postures.
Limit sensors
Built-in sensors help protect the machine mechanisms from overload at extreme working positions.
Acoustic status signals
Audio feedback informs the operator of key machine states and makes monitoring easier during operation.
Repeatable work process
Machine-guided passes help maintain a more organised and predictable screeding workflow.

Frequently asked questions
The cable version connects to a standard 110–230 V power supply and offers unlimited runtime. The battery version uses a 24 V Li-ion battery pack with 6–7 hours continuous runtime (~300 m² per charge), making it ideal for sites without a reliable power source. Both versions have identical leveling performance and working width options.
Manufacturer, service, and support in one place.
CE Certified
The machine meets the safety requirements for equipment placed on the European Union market.
